?? Position 1: Financial Controller

  • Qualification:
    CA, ACCA, or ICMA qualified.

  • Experience:
    3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the microfinance or banking sector.

  • Age Requirement:
    Minimum 30 years.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Treasury management and cash flow planning

    • Preparation and oversight of financial reporting

    • Development and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS)

?? Position 2: Senior Accounts Manager

  • Qualification:
    Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance.

  • Experience:
    3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the microfinance or banking industry.

  • Age Requirement:
    Minimum 30 years.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Bookkeeping and financial data management

    • Account reconciliations and variance analysis

    • Cost analysis and preparation of financial statements

  • Qualification:

  • Experience:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Leading and executing internal audit activities across regions

    • Developing and implementing effective audit plans
