Position Title:

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Job Description:

Sindh Bank Limited is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join its team as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the bank's information security strategy, policies, risk management, and compliance in line with national and international standards.

Required Qualification:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduate)

  • Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Technology Engineering from a recognized university.

  • Additional Certifications (Preferred):

    • CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer)

    • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

    • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

    • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)

    • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

    • OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)

Experience:

  • Required: Preferably 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Specific Requirement: Minimum 3 years in a similar CISO role within the Banking or Financial Institution (F.I.) sector.

Maximum Age Limit:

Up to 50 years

Regulatory Compliance Requirement:

Candidates must fulfill the Fit and Proper Test (FPT) criteria as outlined in the Corporate Governance Regulatory Framework by the State Bank of Pakistan, as per BPRD Circular No. 5 of 2021 dated November 22, 2021.
