1. ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

The Public Private Partnership Support Facility (PSF) is a not-for-profit Public Sector Company of the Government of Sindh (GoS). The company is mandated to conduct Risk Management assessments for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects under the Viability Gap Fund.

Core Objectives:

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or BS in Finance & Accounting.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-graduation work experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance within a reputable organization.

4. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of applicable accounting principles and practices.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using computerized accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel).

  • Communication: Strong written communication skills.

  • Added Advantage: Prior experience in liaising with internal/external auditors during the finalization of financial statements will be considered a plus.
