1. Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial management, budgeting, and accounting operations in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

  • Prepare annual budgets and financial estimates.

  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with Asian Development Bank (ADB) and company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate accounting and financial records, both in PKR and foreign currencies.

  • Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and IFRS.

  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and project financial statements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CA/CMA/ACCA (member of a recognized professional body) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including 3 years in a managerial role,
    OR

  • MBA (Finance) with 10 years of overall experience, including 5 years in a management position.

  • Experience working on donor-funded or multilateral development bank projects (e.g., ADB, World Bank) will be an added advantage.


2. Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project cost reports.

  • Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with contract and procurement policies.

  • Support project budgeting, tender evaluation, and variation claims.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • At least 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience in quantity surveying for building, structure, or road projects.

  • Experience with donor-funded infrastructure projects (ADB/World Bank) preferred.

  • Additional certifications in quantity surveying or project management will be an asset.


3. Assistant Manager (Resettlement)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage land acquisition and resettlement activities during project planning and implementation.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with social safeguards and resettlement frameworks.

  • Prepare and maintain resettlement documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Land Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in land acquisition and resettlement for development projects.


4. Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain project and company documents (electronic and physical).

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, properly filed, and easily retrievable.

  • Support compliance with company policies and record management standards.

  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Prior experience in administrative or documentation management within infrastructure, construction, or transport projects preferred.


5. Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, draft, and monitor performance-based contracts for service providers and vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with TransKarachi policies, legal standards, and ADB procurement guidelines.

  • Support internal teams in contract negotiations, risk analysis, and vendor management.

  • Monitor contract performance and enforce quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, Law, or Contract Management, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Specialized training in procurement and contract administration (ADB/MDB systems) preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure projects, including 3 years working with MDB contract systems.

  • Membership in a recognized professional body will be an added advantage.
