MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION (MTI) HAYATABAD MEDICAL COMPLEX, PESHAWAR

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Districts for the following position at the Medical Teaching Institution, Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), Peshawar.

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and/or Accounts in a major private or public company/institution.

OR

2. Candidate with ICMAP certification (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan) OR Master’s degree in Finance/Accounts with 8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and/or Accounts in a major private or public company/institution.		 Responsibilities:
As per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015, and the relevant rules and regulations (as amended from time to time).

Tenure:
The appointment will be made on a three-year contract, extendable for subsequent terms at the discretion of the Board of Governors (BoG), MTI-HMC.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Application Form:

    • Completed forms must be submitted to the Office of the Secretary, Board of Governors (Room No. 06, Administration Block, MTI-HMC, Peshawar) along with a Bank Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of Hospital Director, MTI-HMC, or through direct deposit in the Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch:

  2. Required Documents:
    Applications must include the following attested documents:

    • Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Bio-data

    • Educational and Experience Certificates

    • Domicile Certificate

    • Copy of CNIC

    • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

  3. Submission Deadline:
    Applications must reach the office within two (02) weeks of the publication date of this advertisement.

    • Applications may be submitted personally or through registered courier service.

    • Applications received after the due date will not be entertained, even if the bank draft/payment was made within the deadline.

  4. Shortlisting:
    Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

    • Shortlisting may be conducted through a written test, pre-interview evaluation, or both.

  5. Service Rules:
    The appointee’s services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015 and MTI-HMC Regulations, as amended from time to time.

  6. Civil Servants:
    Candidates currently serving as civil servants must resign from government service in case of selection.

  7. Closing Date:
    If the closing date for applications falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered as the closing date.

  8. Late Applications:
    Any application received after the closing time/date shall stand rejected.

  9. Experience Evaluation:
    Experience marks will only be awarded for relevant experience in Finance or Accounts.

  10. Disqualification Criteria:
    A candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the recruitment process if he/she:
    a. Has been convicted by a court of law.
    b. Has been dismissed from public service.
    c. Provides false or misleading information.
    d. Suppresses information leading to disqualification.
    e. Attempts to gain favor or influence by improper means.
    f. Submits forged or tampered documents.
    g. Alters information in academic or age certificates.
    h. Misbehaves during the interview.

  11. Verification:
    Candidates must present original documents at the time of interview.

  12. Authority Rights:
    The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or modify the advertised post as per institutional requirements.

  13. TA/DA:
    No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview.
