POSTGRADUATE TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES (JULY 2026 SESSION)

Fatima Memorial Hospital is a 470-bedded tertiary care teaching hospital affiliated with the FMH College of Medicine & Dentistry. As a recognized Center for Postgraduate Training serving the public since 1977, applications are invited for entry into the July 2026 session across the following clinical tracks:

Training Disciplines & Eligibility

1. FCPS Trainee – Medical

  • Specialties: Pediatric Medicine, General Medicine, Anesthesia, Orthopedics, Radiology, Nephrology, Community Medicine, Family Medicine, Anatomy.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • MBBS degree or equivalent.

    • FCPS Part-I passed in the relevant specialty.

    • For Nephrology: Only candidates who have already completed two (02) years of fundamental training in General Medicine are eligible to apply.

2. Second Fellowship

  • Specialties: Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Neonatology.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • MBBS degree or equivalent.

    • FCPS degree in the primary, relevant specialty.

3. FCPS Trainee – Dental

  • Specialties: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Prosthodontics.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • BDS degree or equivalent.

    • FCPS Part-I passed in Dentistry.

How to Apply

Application Channels

  • Local Applicants: Must submit applications exclusively via the online application form on the official website: www.fatimamemorial.org.pk.

  • Foreign Graduates: Must apply manually. Download/obtain the prescribed application form and submit it alongside all prerequisites either by hand or via courier directly to the Department of Human Resource, Fatima Memorial Hospital, Shadman, Lahore.

Processing Fee Details

  • Fee Amount: PKR 1,000 per application.

  • Multiple Applications: Candidates can apply for more than one discipline if eligible, but a separate processing fee must be paid for each unique application.

  • Payment Method: Payable at any branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL). A screenshot of the online transaction or a clear image of the bank deposit slip must be attached to the application.

Important Dates & Notes

  • Application Deadline: September 10, 2026 (Late or incomplete applications will not be processed).

  • Dental Entrance Test: Applicants targeting Dental specialties must appear for an entrance examination scheduled for September 15, 2026.

  • Strict Compliance: Providing false credentials or hiding essential facts will result in immediate disqualification from the induction cycle.
