A National Health Care NCO requires the services of the DOTS Facilitator Case Management for its MDR-TB project at PMDT Site DHQ Hospital Sialkot with the following detail:
POST: Facilitator Case Management
DUTY STATION: PMDT Site DHQ Hospital Sialkot
QUALIFICATION: Graduate
JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPERIENCE:
Responsible for case registration, follow up and record maintaining of MDR-TB patients as per national guidelines. Experience in health sector / TB control program / donor funded projects will be preferred.
