CAREER OPPORTUNITY
A National Health Care NGO requires the services of the following posts for its TB Project
POST: REGIONAL COORDINATOR LAHORE (1 Post)
QUALIFICATION: Candidates with MBBS/MPH/MPhil/MSPM or any master's degree in relevant field will be preferred. He/She must have a proven track record of working with public health programs, especially experience related to TB program will be preferred. Working knowledge of MS office (specifically MS Word & MS Excel).
JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIENCE: Provide Overall management and supervision in planning and implementing community-based programs in TB DOTS or in Primary Health Care awareness activities will be preferred.
POST: HR OFFICER LAHORE (1 Post)
QUALIFICATION: Candidates having Master/Bachelor's degree in HR or in any relevant field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE: an overall 2-3 years' experience with managing recruitment process/employee databases/HR trends and legal regulations/confidential information in compliance with data privacy laws/Issuance HR documents (contracts, warning letters, show cause, experience etc.), and excellent communication and writing skills are required.
POST: GENE XPERT TESTING IN-CHARGE
(Attock, Chakwal, Chiniot, Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Khushab, Layyah, Mianwali, Nankana Sahib, Okara, Sahiwal, Sargodha)
QUALIFICATION: MPhil Microbiology/MLT
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years' experience in Laboratory. Having sound of basic principles, practices and quality assurance procedures applicable to clinical lab. Candidates having experience in TB laboratory including AFB smear microscopy and Gen-Xpert testing in TB laboratory will be an advantage. Knowledge and experience of IT will be preferred
POST: DISTRICT OFFICER (1 Post for each District)
(Attock, Bhakkar, Chakwal, Chiniot, Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Khushab, Layyah, Mianwali, Nankana Sahib, Okara, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Toba Tek Singh)
QUALIFICATION: Master degree in social sciences, education, psychology or other related degrees
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE: Having 3 years of working experience in implementing and developing systems and processes for participatory monitoring, reporting & evaluation in field related program. Knowledge and experience of IT will be preferred.
POST: TB SCREENER MIANWALI (1 Post)
QUALIFICATION: Graduation
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation preferably in social sciences or relevant discipline. Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu, and Punjabi. Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Word/Excel). At least 2 years of relevant work experience with community- based programs, preferably with TB DOTS awareness programs/medical background like nurses
or paramedics. Excellent communication skills are essential.
POST: COUNSELOR (1 Post for each district) Attock, Chiniot
QUALIFICATION: Graduation/Master in relevant field or preferably in psychology. JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors with minimum of two years' experience of
working in development sector as counselor/similar role. Qualified Psychologists will be given preference if having relevant experience. Excellent communication, writing, coordination and training skills require.
