JOB OPPORTUNITIES AT RESCUE 1122

The Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for various posts at its Headquarters, Emergency Services Academy, and District Lahore. These are temporary, non-transferable positions that do not confer any right for regularization.

4 Attendant (Female) 01 PPS-03 Matriculation with Housekeeping Certificate. Relevant experience preferred. Age: 22–35 years.

6 Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) 92 PPS-03 Nursing or Paramedical Degree or Diploma (2nd Division) from a recognized Board, License, or University. Age: 20–30 years.
7 Rescue Driver (LTV) 108 PPS-03 Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized board with valid LTV License. Age: 20–30 years.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

  1. Applications are invited on a temporary basis. Posts are non-transferable and do not confer any right for regularization.

  2. Apply online via the Central Testing Service (CTS) website www.ctspak.com or the ESD website www.rescue.gov.pk latest by 06-11-2023. Send application forms by post to Central Testing Service.

  3. Only completely filled applications containing all required particulars shall be accepted. All communication shall be made through CTS & ESD websites.

  4. Written & psychological tests, physical tests, and skill tests shall be held at designated places.

  5. Lists of qualifying candidates shall be uploaded on CTS & ESD websites after each process.

  6. Final interviews shall be conducted at Emergency Services Headquarters, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

  7. At the time of interview, candidates must submit a medical report by a Government Teaching Hospital or DHO Hospital regarding physical examination (height, weight, chest, eyesight, physical deformities) and laboratory tests for Hepatitis B&C, HIV, and RPR.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Candidates with vision less than 6/6 each eye (without glasses), color blindness, BMI 30 or above, or positive for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and RPR shall be disqualified at any stage.

  • In case of a large number of applicants, only applications meeting preferred/enhanced criteria shall be shortlisted.

  • Candidates should apply for only one suitable post; however, appropriate candidates may be adjusted against other suitable posts on the recommendation of the Recruitment Committee. The department may increase or decrease posts depending on availability.

  • No relaxation in age or qualification (Army/Civil). However, employees of Emergency Services Department shall be given 5 years age relaxation of upper age limit only for administrative posts.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with height more than 5'6". Minimum chest size will be 33".

  • Local residents as per CNIC will be given preference.

  • 5% quota for minorities and 16% quota for females shall be reserved. Transgender candidates can also apply.

  • Candidates must satisfy eligibility as per advertised criteria. All documents are accepted provisionally and the offer of appointment is subject to verification of documents, police verification, successful completion of training, and clearance by the medical board constituted by the Government of the Punjab.

  • Salary shall be given as per Government Notification/Policy.
