ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF VACANT POSTS

Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing Domicile of Sindh and fulfilling the requirements mentioned below for each post. Candidates must be between the age of 18 and 28 years (relaxation applicable for government servants as per rules). The vacancies are available at the High Court of Sindh, Principal Seat at Karachi, and Benches at Sukkur, Hyderabad, Larkana, and Mirpurkhas.

PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION

  1. Online Application: Candidates are required to submit their applications online through the STS Portal: [Insert STS Portal URL].

  2. Document Upload: Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), Domicile/PRC, Form-D, a recent photograph, and all educational documents. Government servants, who apply through proper channel, must also upload NOC. Any other required certifications must also be uploaded on the portal.

  3. Application Fee: After completing the online application, candidates shall download a prescribed challan of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd. Branch or through internet banking/mobile banking of any 1Bill-based bank. (This fee is non-refundable).

  4. Previous Applicants: Candidates who applied for the post of Junior Electro/Mechanical Technician (BPS-07) against the Court's advertisement dated 09.04.2024 – their applications have been cancelled. Such candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the said post are required to apply afresh.

  5. Mobile Number: Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the application form and refrain from providing numbers that have been ported to another network.

  6. Test Schedule: The date, time, and venue shall be intimated later through an SMS alert. Further, all updates and notifications regarding test dates, admit slips, result announcements, or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal website from time to time.

  7. Scrutiny Objections: In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be notified via SMS and are advised to regularly check SMS messages and their online portal account. A period of seven (07) days will be given to resolve the objection. Failure to comply within the stipulated time will result in rejection of the application.

  8. Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must fill out a separate application form and pay a separate challan for each post.

  9. Document Date Validity: No documents shall be accepted if the issuance date of the document is after the closing date of the advertisement.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL POSTS

  1. False Information: Providing false, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in rejection of applications and may lead to termination of employment at any stage.

  2. Government Employees: Candidates already employed in government service who meet the eligibility criteria may also apply through proper channel.

  3. Age Relaxation for Government Servants: The upper age limit for government servants applying through proper channel is 35 years.

  4. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those submitted without required documents shall be rejected without assigning any reason.

  5. Query Deadline: No query shall be entertained 42 weeks before the scheduled MCQs-based written examination (likely intended as a specific cut-off period; please verify).

  6. Original Documents: Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of interview.

  7. Selection Committee Decision: The decisions of the Selection Committee shall be final.

  8. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.

  9. Application Deadline: The last date for submission of applications is 20 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  10. Post Count Variation: The number of posts mentioned above may be increased or decreased at any time.

  11. Test Center: Candidates will be considered in the designated test center in Karachi.
