4. GENERAL CONDITIONS & INSTRUCTIONS

2 Contract Nature: All positions are purely on DPL basis for 89 days. No claim for regularization shall be entertained at any stage.
3 Selection Process: Scrutiny of applications by the Scrutiny Committee shall be final. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
4 Communication: The University shall not be responsible for delayed/non-receipt of call letters due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Internet, etc.
5 University Rights: The University reserves the right to:
a) Not fill any position or withhold hiring against any advertised position without assigning any reason.
b) Increase or decrease the number of positions as per requirement/availability of funds.
6 Hiring Duration: Hiring will be made for a period of 89 days only.
7 Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
