RECRUITMENT NOTICE (PPS-05)

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for recruitment on a two-year contract basis (extendable up to the gestation period of the project) under the project pay scale (PPS) for the following post in the development project titled:

“Aquaculture Shrimp Farming in Punjab (2024-25 to 2027-28)”

Conditions & Instructions

  1. Contract Basis: Recruitment is purely on a contract basis under PPS for two years, extendable based on performance until the project’s gestation period ends. Annual increments will be applied as per approved criteria.

  2. Domicile Requirement: Only Punjab-domiciled candidates are eligible.

  3. In-Service Applicants: Must apply through proper channel with NOC/DPC from their current department and present it at the interview if shortlisted.

  4. Application Procedure:

    • Online application is mandatory at: http://jobs.punjab.gov.pk

    • Hard copy submission along with attested documents (CNIC, Domicile, Academic, and Experience Certificates) must also be sent in person or via courier to the address mentioned above.

  5. Deadline: Last date for application submission (both online and hard copy) is Tuesday, 10-06-2025, during office hours.

  6. Dual Submission Required: Applications lacking either online or hard copy will be deemed incomplete and not entertained.

  7. Age Relaxation:

    • Males: +5 years

    • Females: +8 years
      As per Punjab Govt. Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016.

  8. Post Mentioning: Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on both the application and envelope.

  9. Incomplete/Late Applications: Will be rejected without notification.

  10. Interview Requirements: Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents, attested copies, 2 passport-size photos, and a detailed CV at the time of the interview.

  11. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

  12. Shortlisting: The department reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on eligibility and experience. The decision of the Selection Committee is final.

  13. Recruitment Cancellation: The competent authority can cancel the recruitment process at any time without prior notice.

  14. No Regularization Claim: Selected candidates cannot claim regular/permanent employment based on this recruitment.
