PEOPLE'S PRIMARY HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE – BALOCHISTAN (PPHI-B)

(Registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 — now the Companies Act, 2017)

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan invites applications for the following positions. These vacancies are to be filled purely on a temporary basis for one year (extendable based on annual performance), for various districts of Balochistan.

1. Available Positions

A. District Support Manager

Duty Stations:
Usta Muhammad, Surab, Chaman, Hub, Sherani (One position per district)

Qualification & Experience:

  • BS-17/18 officers of CSS/BCS (BSS/Ex-BCS) cadres with preferably 2 years of government service.

  • Candidates with a medical background, or experience in Project Management and Health Sector Reform, are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Government officers must apply through proper channel.

Age Limit: 23–50 years

B. M&E Officer (Monitoring & Evaluation Officer)

Duty Stations:
Usta Muhammad, Surab, Chaman, Hub, Sherani, Kohlu (One position per district)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS, or equivalent from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit: 23–50 years

C. Finance Officer

Duty Stations:
Usta Muhammad, Surab, Chaman, Hub, Sherani, Naseerabad, Gwadar, Panjgur (One position per district)

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA Finance, M.Com, BBA, or equivalent from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit: 23–50 years

2. Terms and Conditions

  1. All positions are purely temporary and fall under the control and management of PPHI-B for an initial period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

  2. Applicants holding local domicile of the respective district will be given preference.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview.

  4. If, upon detailed scrutiny, a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, their candidature will be rejected.

  5. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

  6. PPHI-B reserves the right to amend or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

  7. Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
