PEOPLE’S PRIMARY HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE, BALOCHISTAN (PPHI-B)

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative, Balochistan (PPHI-B) invites applications from eligible candidates to fill the following positions purely on a temporary basis.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. District Manager (DM)

Age Limit: 23–50 years

Qualification & Experience:

  • BS-17/18 officer of CSS/BCS (BSS, Ex-BCS) cadres with at least 2 years of government service.
    OR

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS, or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Preference:

  • Candidates with a medical background or experience in project management and health sector reforms.

  • Government officers must apply through proper channel.

2. Assistant Manager (Finance)

Location: Head Office, PPHI-B, Quetta
Age Limit: 18–50 years

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA (Level-III), or CA (Inter) from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the finance field.

3. Vaccinator

Number of Posts: 06
Age Limit: 18–50 years
Posting Area: All districts except Quetta

Qualification & Experience:

  • Matriculation in Science.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant prior experience.

  • For Basic Health Units (BHUs), candidates must be residents of the same catchment area.

4. Class IV Employee (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Number of Posts: 129
Age Limit: 18–50 years
Posting Area: All districts except Quetta

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must be literate.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience.

  • For BHUs, candidates must belong to the same catchment population.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Appointments will be made purely on a temporary basis for one year, extendable based on annual performance evaluation.

  2. Candidates holding local domicile will be given preference.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview.

  4. If any candidate is found ineligible upon document verification, their candidature will be rejected.

  5. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

  6. PPHI-B reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify the hiring process or number of posts at any stage.
