Position Title:

Director Academics

Qualification:

  • Ph.D., MPhil, or MS degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:

  • 10–12 years of academic and/or administrative experience in BPS-19 or above.

  • At least 2 years in an academic and administrative role within a Higher Education Institution (HEI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to academic departments for effective implementation of Air University and HEC regulatory policies.

  • Approve curriculum for academic programs and oversee related activities.

  • Ensure familiarity with HEC policies and academic regulations.

  • Manage academic affairs including:

    • General education and transfer programs

    • Course scheduling

    • Support for faculty and students
