Fazaia Medical College, a constituent college of Air University, a federally chartered Public Sector University established in 2002, invites applications from dedicated and talented professionals for the following position:

Position: Director Training & Coordination

Job Location: Islamabad

Qualification Requirements:

  • MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized university/institution

  • Postgraduate qualification in Medical Administration or Health Professions Education (HPE)

  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a certificate, diploma, or master’s degree in the relevant field from PM&DC/HEC-recognized institutions

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years’ relevant experience in management, training, and coordination

  • Experience preferably in medical educational institutions, universities, or reputable healthcare setups (public or private sector)

  • Knowledge of national and international accreditation, teaching, and quality standards in medical education is an advantage

  • Competency in establishing performance management systems and accountability frameworks in teaching institutions and hospitals

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage and facilitate teaching, clinical, and administrative workforce effectively

  • Expertise in budget forecasting, management, and monitoring to meet teaching and administrative requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
