Director Training & Coordination

Qualification Requirements:

MBBS degree from a PM&DC-recognized university/institution.
Postgraduate qualification in Medical Administration or Health Professions Education (HPE).
Preference will be given to candidates possessing a certificate, diploma, or master's degree in the relevant field from PM&DC/HEC-recognized institutions.

Experience Requirements:

8–10 years of relevant experience in:
- Management
- Training
- Coordination
Preferably in:
- Medical educational institutions
- Universities
- Healthcare setups in either public or private sector institutions of good repute.

Additional Competencies:

Knowledge of national and international accreditation standards in medical education.
Understanding of teaching quality standards.
Competency to:
- Establish a performance management system.
- Ensure accountability in teaching institutions and hospitals.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Proven leadership abilities to manage teaching, clinical, and administrative teams.
Ability to forecast, manage, and monitor budgets and financial resources to meet institutional goals.
