The Directorate E (Founder) Education Foundation (DEFE), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for various positions on a contract basis.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Director Programs (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 40–55 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Education, Management, or a related field from an HEC recognized university. Higher relevant qualifications are preferred.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, education sector development, or public sector initiatives, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven track record of managing large programs and teams.

2. Assistant Director Finance (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 35–45 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) in Finance, ACCA, ACMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com from an HEC recognized university/institute. Additional professional qualifications like CA or CFA are preferred.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, or auditing in a reputable organization. Public sector or donor-funded project experience is preferred.

3. Assistant Administrator & Procurement (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 35–45 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or Supply Chain Management from an HEC recognized university/institute. Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative and procurement experience in public or private sector organizations. Strong working knowledge of KPPRA/PPRA Rules and procurement procedures is highly preferred.

4. Assistant Director Monitoring & Evaluation (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 35–45 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field from an HEC recognized university/institute. M&E certifications are preferred.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, data collection, analysis, and project reporting. Experience with M&E frameworks and tools is preferred.

5. Assistant Director IT (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 35–45 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from an HEC recognized university/institute.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, system administration, networking, database management, or software development. Experience with web-based systems and data security is preferred.

6. IT Officer - Development (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 25–35 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd Division) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC recognized university/institute.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, web development, or database management. Good command over programming languages and modern web technologies.

7. IT Officer - Network & System (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 25–35 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd Division) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC recognized university/institute.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration, system support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management.

8. Office Assistant - Female (01 Post)

• Age Limit: 18–30 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized university/institute.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office administration or secretarial work. High proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required.

Terms and Conditions

• Contract Nature: All positions are strictly on a contract basis, initially for a period of one (01) year. Extensions are subject to performance evaluations and project requirements.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Age Calculation: The upper age limit will be calculated exactly as on the last date of application submission.
