Position: Director Operations
Location: Across Dispensaries in All Sindh
Organization: The Modern Clinics Network

Position Overview:

Modern Clinic is seeking a highly competent and experienced professional for the role of Director Operations to lead and oversee its expanding network of dispensaries across Sindh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and ensuring high standards of patient-centered care across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all dispensaries in the network.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Lead, mentor, and support administrative and medical teams.

Develop and execute operational strategies for improved efficiency and enhanced patient experience.

Coordinate resources, facilities, and support services to maintain uniform service delivery across all sites.

Eligibility Criteria:

RequirementDetails
QualificationMaster’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, or Business Administration (MBA/MHA preferred)
ExperienceMinimum 10 years of progressive senior management experience in healthcare operations
Core Competencies- Proven track record of managing multi-site healthcare facilities 
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills 
- Experience in patient-centered service delivery and operational excellence

Salary & Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
