CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Location: Head Office, Islamabad
Qualification and Experience
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, ACMA/ACA/ACCA, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the development/government sector, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Expertise in fundraising and stakeholder management.
Proven track record of leading large teams and executing organizational strategies.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
No. of Positions & Location
1 Position
Location: Head Office, Islamabad
Qualification and Experience
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, ACMA/ACA/ACCA, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and program management skills.
Expertise in budgeting and operations planning.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
