MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION (MTI) HAYATABAD MEDICAL COMPLEX, PESHAWAR

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Districts for the following post/vacancy at the Medical Teaching Institution, Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) / Khyber Girls Medical College (KGMC), Hayatabad, Peshawar, and its affiliated institutes.

a) MBBS with a postgraduate degree or diploma in the relevant clinical specialty (Pediatrics or its related subspecialties).

Experience:
b) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in leading a major clinical department/unit in a reputed institution.

Term:
• The appointment will be made for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for up to two additional terms at the discretion of the Board of Governors (BoG), MTI-HMC.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Application Submission:
    Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with a complete set of attested documents (academic certificates, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs) must reach the Office of the Secretary, Board of Governors, Room No. 06, Administration Block, MTI-HMC.

    Applications must be accompanied by a Bank Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of Hospital Director, MTI-HMC, or through direct deposit in the Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch:
    Branch Code: 0185 | Account No.: PLS-3002107103 (Receipt Account).

    The application must be submitted within two (02) weeks of the publication of this advertisement and on the prescribed application form available at the MTI-HMC Administration Block.

  2. Submission Method:
    The complete application set (with all attested supporting documents) may be submitted personally or through registered courier service.

    • Applications received after the due date will not be entertained, even if the fee payment was made within the due date.

  3. Placement:
    The selected candidate will be placed at MTI-KICH (Khyber Institute of Child Health).

  4. Shortlisting:
    Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

  5. Service Rules:
    The appointee’s services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI-HMC Regulations.

  6. Civil Servants:
    Candidates currently serving as civil servants must resign from their government positions if selected.

  7. Closing Date:
    If the last date for application submission falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.

  8. Late Applications:
    Applications received after closing time/date will not be considered.

  9. Experience Evaluation:
    Experience marks will only be awarded for relevant experience in the specific subject/field related to Finance or Accounts (where applicable).

  10. Disqualification Criteria:
    A candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the interview process if he/she:
    a. Has been convicted by a court of law.
    b. Has been dismissed from public service.
    c. Provides false or misleading information.
    d. Suppresses facts that could lead to disqualification.
    e. Attempts to obtain support for candidacy through improper means.
    f. Submits forged certificates.
    g. Alters entries in age or academic certificates.
    h. Misbehaves during the interview.

  11. Original Documents:
    All original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

  12. Authority Rights:
    The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or modify the post or recruitment process as per institutional requirements.

  13. TA/DA:
    No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
