ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

The Punjab Masstransit Authority, an autonomous body of the Transport Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following project-based positions for the "Development of Masstransit Systems in Gujranwala & Faisalabad".

3 Assistant Director Civil 3 B.Sc. in Civil Engineering OR Transportation Engineering with 05 years of experience in civil engineering in infrastructure development projects. PIU Faisalabad: 1

4 Assistant Director Electrical 2 B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 05 years of experience in electrical engineering in infrastructure development projects. PIU Gujranwala: 1

5 Assistant Auditor 1 Master's degree in any discipline with 07 years of overall relevant experience in Audit, preferably in the public sector. (PIPFA/SAS/SRAS qualified will be preferred) PMU
6 Office Assistant 2 Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 05 years of experience in office administration or clerical work. PMU
7 Quantity Surveyor 3 DAE / B.Tech or B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying with 05 years of experience in quantity surveying. PMU: 1

8 Personal Secretary to Project Director 1 Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 04 years of overall experience. (Relevant experience in a public sector organization shall be preferred) PMU

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 The qualification and experience criteria are also available on the PMA Website: https://pma.punjab.gov.pk/ and the Punjab Job Portal: https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk.
2 Applicants are required to apply online at https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk by August 21, 2026. Applications received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
3 Applications/documents received via email, by hand, or through courier will not be entertained.
4 Applicants must upload transcripts along with educational degrees and relevant experience certificates when submitting the online application.
5 Incomplete applications or those with inaccurate/false documents will be rejected without any notice.
6 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
7 No TA/DA will be given to candidates called for test/interview.
8 For serial no. 2, applicants are required to pay an Application Processing Fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable). For serial no. 6, the fee is Rs. 500/-.
9 Payment must be made through Bank Challan under the head "New Far Revenue (NFR)". Pay Orders / Bank Drafts will not be accepted.
10 Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately and pay separate processing fees.
11 Experience as part-time, teaching, honorary, or freelancing will not be counted as relevant experience.
12 Government employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the competent/appointing authority. Applications without NOC or with an old NOC will not be entertained.
13 Decisions of the Department on all matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility/shortlisting/selection criteria, shall be final.
14 Applicants are required to bring original documents, educational certificates, transcripts, experience certificates, payment receipt, and any other relevant document at the time of the interview.
15 Candidates passing the interview will have to submit a copy of their degrees/certificates duly verified by HEC (in case of a foreign degree, a certificate issued by HEC), along with a police character certificate and a medical fitness certificate issued by a district hospital.
16 Punjab Masstransit Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, accept/reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason.
