JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN THE PUNJAB MASSTRANSIT AUTHORITY

Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) is an autonomous body under the Transport & Masstransit Department, Government of the Punjab, mandated to plan, construct, operate and maintain mass transit systems in the Punjab. PMA invites applications from eligible candidates for the following purely contractual positions.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Detailed qualification and experience criteria are available on PMA Website (https://pma.punjab.gov.pk/) and Punjab Job Portal (https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk).

  2. Applicants must apply online through the Punjab Job Portal (https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk) by 15.08.2026. Applications received after the due date and time will not be entertained.

  3. Applications/documents sent via email, by hand, or through courier will not be entertained.

  4. It is mandatory to upload transcripts along with educational degrees and relevant job experience certificates when submitting the online application.

  5. Submission of fake/irrelevant documents or non-submission of relevant education documents and experience certificates shall lead to disqualification. Uploaded documents will be considered final; PMA will not request resubmission.

  6. Applications with missing documents or incorrect/incomplete information (intentional or unintentional) shall be disqualified without notice.

  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No T.A/D.A. will be paid.

  9. Application Processing Fee:

    • For posts Sr. No. 01–02: Non-refundable fee Rs. 900/- through Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580045522200045 (Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue Fund Account). Upload scanned payment receipt with online application.

    • For post Sr. No. 03: Non-refundable fee Rs. 500/- through the same account. Upload scanned receipt.

  10. Applications without processing fee or with fee submitted via Postal Order/Bank Draft will not be accepted.

  11. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately and pay separate fee for each.

  12. Part-time, teaching, honorary/self-employed, and apprentice/intern experience will NOT be counted as experience.

  13. Government employees must apply through proper channel and submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) at the time of interview, issued by the competent/appointing authority, clearly reflecting appointment date and nature of job.

  14. Candidates must bring original documents (educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, fee payment receipt, driving license, and other relevant documents) at the time of interview.

  15. Shortlisted candidates passing the interview must submit HEC-verified degrees (or HEC equivalence for foreign degrees), experience letters, police character verification certificate, and medical fitness certificate from a district hospital.

  16. Government approved quotas (if applicable) will be observed subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions.

  17. General age relaxation: 5 years for male candidates and 5+3 years for female candidates as per Government Instructions.

  18. PMA reserves the right to increase/decrease number of posts, accept/reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
