The Child Protection Institute, under the Ministry of Human Rights, invites applications from Pakistani nationals for the following permanent positions:

Qualification Requirements

  1. Director (BPS-19)

    • Qualification: Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology (2nd Division from HEC recognized university).
    • Experience: 12 years in child protection, human rights, administration, project management, monitoring, evaluation, research on international human rights covenants/conventions.
    • Age: 32-40 years.
    • Quota: Open Merit.

  2. Child Protection Officer (Legal) (BPS-17)

    • Qualification: LL.B (2nd Division from HEC recognized university).
    • Experience: 2 years in Human Rights/Child Rights/Women Rights.
    • Age: 22-30 years.
    • Quota: Punjab Merit (includes ICT) - 1.

  3. Child Protection Officer (Social Welfare) (BPS-17)

    • Qualification: Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology (2nd Division from HEC recognized university).
    • Experience: 2 years in Human Rights/Child Rights/Women Rights.
    • Age: 22-30 years.
    • Quota: Punjab Merit (includes ICT) - 1, Sindh (R) - 1.

  4. Assistant Director (Admin & Accounts) (BPS-17)

    • Qualification: M.Com/MBA (Finance)/MPA (2nd Division from HEC recognized university).
    • Experience: 2 years in administration/accounts.
    • Age: 22-30 years.
    • Quota: Punjab Merit (includes ICT) - 1.

  5. Assistant Director (DBMS) (BPS-17)

    • Qualification: Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent (2nd Division from HEC recognized university).
    • Experience: 2 years in Computer Sciences/IT, System Analysis, Networking, Programming, Database Design, System Development.
    • Age: 22-30 years.
    • Quota: Punjab Merit (includes ICT) - 1.

  6. Computer Programmer (BPS-17)

    • Qualification: Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent (2nd Division from HEC recognized university).
    • Experience: 2 years in Computer Sciences/IT, System Analysis, Networking, Programming, Database Design, System Development.
    • Age: 22-30 years.
    • Quota: Punjab Merit (includes ICT) - 1.

Terms & Conditions

  2. Selection Basis: Merit-based selection observing regional/provincial quotas as per government policy.
