Director General  Ph,D in Natural/ Applied Sciences. 18 years experience in the field of Science/ Research Handling / Management with minimum experience of 5 years in BS-19 including 2 years in BS-20. Expeience of administrative and finanical management as Head/Deputy Head of the orgainzations or Project Director 45-57 years
