1 Assistant 15 01 - BS (Hons) from HEC recognized university
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar position in a reputable public or private sector organization
- Proficiency in basic computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
- Experience in secretariat support, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and managing schedules
2 Data Entry Operator 14 02 - Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour for data entry tasks
3 Clerk Junior 12 02 - Matric qualification
- Typing speed of 30 wpm
- Completed a 3-week IT Training Course, including MS Office, conducted by NITB

Application Instructions

  1. Submit both soft copy and hard copy of the application.

    • Hard copy must reach the Director’s Office on or before 25 March 2025 within office hours.

  2. Attach the following with the application:

    • Attested copies of educational and experience documents

    • Original Bank Challan / Deposit Slip (HBL Account No. 01280014003103, amount Rs. 2000)

    • Two recent passport-size photographs

  3. Incomplete applications, applications received after the due date, or hard copies without uploaded soft copy will not be considered.

  4. A separate application is required for each post applied for.

  5. Serving candidates must apply through proper channel.

  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be provided.
