PAKISTAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (PCAA) OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A PART OF PAA's PROFESSIONAL TEAM SITUATION VACANT NOTICE NO. 12/2021

Pakistan Airport Authority requires services of qualified individual to fill the following vacant post where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:-

S. No. 1 Director Airport Security (EG-09)
One (01) Position on Merit
Contract: 03 Years (extendable)
Lump Sum Package: Rs. 510,000/- per month with 05% annual increment
QUALIFICATION
  • Masters with 02"d Division from HEC Recognized University / Institute.
  • Any other professional degrees / intelligence Security training or course will be added qualification. related training / Aviation
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 25 years experience in any management cadre with at least 10 years experience of handling security related issues in a large public sector / military setup
  • Experience of at least 02 years in command position in BS-20 or equivalent in a security or intelligence related setup
  • Experience of Working with Information Technology and Security Systems will be preferred.
  • Experience in conducting Security Inspections & Audits and Disaster Relief would be an added qualification
KNOWLEDGE
  • Strong working knowledge of security related laws and their implementation
  • Strong administrative skills such as decision making, planning and organizing abilities
  • Knowledge of ICAO Standards and recommended practices pertaining to Aviation Security
Age
  • Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations).

Terms of Reference:

  1. Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete application shall not be considered.
  2. Interviews will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta for which separate notices will be issued (depending on the number of candidates).
  3. The candidates to be called for the interview have to produce original documents for necessary verification while appearing for the interview.
  4. No TA / DA is admissible for interviews.
  5. Appointment will be subject to CAA's medical fitness standards.
  6. Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of CAA
  7. Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations will be required to submit NOC from current employer before interview.
  8. Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate is otherwise qualified.
  9. In case, any educational documents or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect / fake / bogus at any stage, the services of selected candidate will be terminated immediately and he / she will be blacklisted in future.
  10. CAA reserves the right to cancel the partial or while recruitment process at any stage.
