Applications are invited for the appointment of high-level management posts on a lump-sum contract basis for an initial tenure of four (4) years (renewable subject to satisfactory performance).

Educational Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Finance) from an HEC-recognized institution.
Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA will be preferred.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing (preferably in the public sector, healthcare sector, or an autonomous body).
At least 10 years of experience must be in a senior financial leadership role (e.g., Director Finance, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Finance Department) OR 05 years of experience as Deputy Treasurer, Deputy Director Finance, etc.

Educational Qualifications:
MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC.
FCPS (Cardiology / Cardiac Surgery) OR M.D. / M.S. (Cardiology / Cardiac Surgery), FRCS, Membership/Fellowship of a Royal College (UK), Diplomat of the American Board, or any equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty recognized/registered by PM&DC/PMC.
Professional Experience & Research:
Minimum 10 years of post-fellowship experience in a recognized healthcare institution.
At least 05 years of experience in a clinical leadership role (e.g., Medical Director, Head of Department, or equivalent).
At least 10 research publications in medical journals approved by HEC/PM&DC or internationally indexed medical journals in the relevant specialty.

Educational Qualifications:
A recognized nursing degree (BSc Nursing or equivalent) from an institution recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
Post-graduate qualification in training or healthcare management (e.g., MSc Nursing, MPhil, MHA Health Management, or Medical Nursing Leadership).
Professional Experience:
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification nursing experience in a recognized healthcare institution.
At least 05 years must be in a nursing leadership role (e.g., Head of Nursing, Chief Nursing Superintendent, or equivalent).
Domicile: Only candidates holding a Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply.
Government Servants: Must apply through the proper channel (by obtaining an NOC from their parent department).
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation will be granted as per the standard policy of the Government of Punjab.
Equivalence Certificates: Candidates claiming foreign or equivalent qualifications must provide an official equivalence certificate issued by the HEC or PM&DC/PMC. Failure to provide this at the time of the interview will result in immediate cancellation of candidature.
Salary & Contract: Appointments are purely on a market-based lump-sum contract framework for a 4-year term.
Document Verification: Selection is strictly subject to the verification of educational degrees and experience certificates (the cost of verification is to be borne by the candidate).
Medical Practice: Institutional private practice (IPP) will be permitted inside the hospital premises as per NSIC regulations; however, private practice outside the institute is strictly prohibited.
Travel Costs: No TA/DA will be paid for tests or interviews.
Obtaining Forms: The prescribed application form must be obtained physically from the HR Department of NSIC Sargodha or downloaded from the official website of the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Lahore (Note: It is not available on the NSIC website).
Submission Mode: The duly filled application along with attested copies of all credentials must be submitted by hand or via registered post/courier (TCS) to the HR Department.
Incomplete Packets: Any shortcoming or missing documentation will lead to the direct rejection of the application.
