Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, a leading Public Sector Utility Company in Pakistan, is seeking qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals to fill the following specialized positions on a permanent/regular basis.

Detailed Position Requirements

1. Board Secretariat

Position: Deputy General Manager / Assistant Company Secretary

  • Job Code: 8566-01

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • Option A: CA / ACMA with at least 9 years of post-membership experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in the Company/Board secretariat of a listed SOE (State-Owned Enterprise) or a large listed company.

    • Option B: MBA with at least 11 years of experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in the Company/Board secretariat of a listed SOE or a large listed company.

  • Core Competencies: Full command and hands-on experience with the State-Owned Enterprises Act 2023 & SOEs Policy, Companies Act 2017, Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations 2019, PSX Rulebook, Securities Act 2015, CDC Regulations, and the PSX Correspondence Manual for Listed Companies.

  • Job Summary:

    • Assist the Company Secretary in ensuring Board procedures and all applicable corporate/statutory laws are followed.

    • Record, communicate, and follow up on the implementation of Board decisions with relevant stakeholders.

    • Handle the publication and circulation of the company's quarterly and annual accounts/reports.

2. Corporate Communications

Position: Deputy Chief Manager – Campaigns

  • Job Code: 8567-01

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience: MBA (preferably in Marketing) with at least 6 years of experience.

  • Job Summary: Lead the creation of the company’s positive image through Below-the-Line (BTL), Above-the-Line (ATL), and Through-the-Line (TTL) advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and the broader marketing communication portfolio.

Position: Deputy Manager – Campaigns

  • Job Code: 8568-01

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience: MBA (preferably in Marketing) with at least 2 years of experience.

  • Job Summary: Assist in creating the company’s positive and favorable image through BTL, ATL, TTL advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and marketing communication activities.
