Available Positions

Senior Management Positions

1. Deputy General Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in delivering large-scale water, sewerage, drainage, and treatment infrastructure projects

  • At least 5 years in project management and/or contract administration


2. Manager – Procurement & Contracts

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Procurement & Contracts

  • OR LLB/LLM with construction contract exposure

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in construction/infrastructure projects

  • Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts


3. Manager – Finance

Qualification: ACCA / BBA / MBA (Finance)
Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in construction/project finance

  • Experience in budgeting, cashflow management, cost control, and financial reporting for multi-project portfolios


4. Manager – Administration & HR

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or equivalent
Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years managing administration and HR in multi-site construction/project environments

  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial role

  • Retired Army officers will be preferred


Mid-Level Positions

5. Planning Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Project/Construction Management preferred)
Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years as Planning/Project Controls Engineer

  • Experience in water, sewerage, drainage, or treatment works

  • Expertise in multi-discipline scheduling


6. Assistant Manager – Procurement

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental/Procurement & Contracts

  • OR LLB/LLM with construction contract exposure

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in procurement for construction/infrastructure projects

  • Working knowledge of FIDIC


7. Assistant Manager – Contracts

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management

  • OR LLB/LLM with construction contract exposure

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in contract administration for construction/infrastructure projects

  • Working knowledge of FIDIC


8. Assistant Manager – Finance

9. Assistant Manager – Accounts

Qualification: ACCA / BBA / MBA (Finance)
Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years managing payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger functions in construction/project environments


10. Project Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years coordinating water, sewerage, drainage, or pipeline construction projects


11. Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil)
Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and quantity surveying

  • Experience in water supply, sewerage, drainage, and pipeline works


12. Draftsman

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or DAE in Civil/Architecture (AutoCAD certification preferred)
Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in construction or project office support

  • Experience working with consultants/contractors on multi-disciplinary projects preferred


Entry-Level Opportunities

13. Civil / Environmental Engineers (Interns)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • Receptionist: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge
