Engineering from HEC recognized University DAI's and registered with PEC along with 03 years of relevant experience in a University Government organization or Autonomous body in BPS-17 or its equivalent and above.
OR First division degree (16 years education) Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University DAIS and registered with PEC along with 05 years of relevant experience in a University Government organization or Autonomous body in BPS-17 or its equivalent and above.
2 Assistant Registrar First division degree (16 years educatIon) or equivalent from HEC recognized University/ DAIS
3 Assistant Director
(QEC)		 First division degree (16 years education) from HEC
recognized University DAr's
4 Cataloguer Master's Degree in Library & Information Sciences in at
least 2nd division from a recognized University OR
Bachelor Degree in Library & Information Sciences in at
least 2nd division from a recognized University with three
(03) years' experience of Library work
5 Accountant MBA/M.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized
University OR BBA/ B.Com in at least 2nd division from a
recognized University with three (03) years experience in
the relevant field.
6 Assistant Wardon Master's Degree or Equivalent in at least 2nd division
from a recognized University OR Bachelor's degree in at
least 2nd division from a recognized University with three
(03) years' experience in hostel management/
administration.
7 Computer Technician Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electronics Computer
Engineering/ Hardware in at least 2nd division from a
Polytechnic Institute with five (05) years 'experience in
the relevant field.
8 Junior Clerk Intermediate with at least 2nd division or equivalent
qualification from a recognized Board, and a speed of 30 words per minute in typing
9 Driver Intermediate or equivalent of 2nd division and valid HTV
LTV License with (05) years driving experience
10 Laboratory Assistant F.Sc in at least 2nd Division OR three years Diploma
(DAE) in relevant field
11 Duplicating Machine
Operator		 Matric in at least 2nd division with 02 years experience in
the relevant field OR Literate with (07) years relevant
experience.
12 Laboratory Attendant Matric with Science in at least 2nd Division.
13 Mali Matric in at least 2nd division OR Literate with 05 years
relevant experience.
14 Sweeper Matriculate in at least 2nd division OR literate with 05 years relevant experience
 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Applicants (for Serial 1 to 8) should apply through Online Job Portal and for Serial 9 to 14 on Application Form available on University of Swabi website www.uoswabi.edu pk. The applicants are required to visit the web page on regular basis for updates in the process.
  • A Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer, the University of Swabi or online deposit to Account No.0323-223082836 OR 0323-204588555 United Bank Limited, Swabi Branch (Code 0323) of Rs. 1,000/- (for Serial 1 to 3). Rs. 500/- (for Serial 4 to 8) and Rs. 300/- (for Serial 9 to 14) be required. Original receipt of Bank Draft / Online Deposit (and one photocopy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMCS, Degrees, Certificates. Experience Certificates. CNIC and two recent passport-size photographs must be attached with the Application Form.
  • CGPAless than 3.00/4.00 will be considered as Second Division.
  • The candidates having a Foreign Degree / Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificate from HECTIBCC, Islamabad before the closing date.
  • Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
  • The selected candidates will be paid salary according to University rules/policy.
  • The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of
    positions depending upon the needs of various Sections or not to fill any
    position.
  • Separate application form and fee will be required for each position.

  • The applicants (for Serial 1 to 8) must submit a "printed application form"
