The University of Swabi, a public sector university chartered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications for the following positions on a regular basis until October 18, 2025:

Required Qualifications and Experience
Assistant Warden (Male) (BPS-16)
Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent with at least 2nd Division from a recognized university OR:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years' experience in hostel management/administration.
Computer Operator (BPS-16)
Qualification: Second Division Degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university with a speed of 40 words per minute in typing OR:
DIT from a Board of Technical Education with 5 years relevant experience.
Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
Qualification: Intermediate with at least 2nd Division or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Experience: Speed of 30 words per minute in typing.
Junior Driver (BPS-05)
Qualification: Matric in at least 2nd Division with a valid HTV/LTV license and 5 years driving experience OR:
Literate with a valid HTV/LTV license and 10 years' driving experience.
Laboratory Attendant (BPS-05)
Qualification: Matric with Science in at least 2nd Division.
Library Attendant (BPS-05)
Qualification: Matric with at least 2nd Division.
Helper (BPS-03)
Qualification: Matric in at least 2nd Division OR:
Literate with 5 years relevant experience.
Mali (BPS-03)
Qualification: Matric in at least 2nd Division OR:
Literate with 5 years relevant experience.
Naib Qasid (BPS-03)
Qualification: Matric in at least 2nd Division OR:
Literate with 5 years relevant experience.
Sweeper (BPS-03)
Qualification: Matric in at least 2nd Division OR:
Literate with 5 years relevant experience.
Special Instructions
Territorial Eligibility: In accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012, appointments for BPS-11 to 16 will be made from the Mardan Division, while appointments for BPS-03 to 05 will be made from District Swabi. If no eligible candidate is available, candidates from adjoining areas may be considered.
How to Apply:
Application Form: Fill out the application form available on the official university website www.uoswabi.edu.pk.
Required Documents: Send the completed application form along with proof of online deposit, attested photocopies of all relevant documents (Degrees, DMCs, Experience Certificates, CNIC, and two passport-size photographs) to the Office of the Registrar via registered postal/courier service.
Processing Fee: Deposit the processing fee via online deposit in one of the following bank accounts:

Fee Amount:
BPS-16: Rs. 6,000
BPS-11: Rs. 4,000
BPS-03 to BPS-05: Rs. 2,000
If applying for more than one position, separate processing fees must be deposited for each.
Terms & Conditions:
Government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years for all positions, with age relaxation per the University rules.
CGPA below 3.00/4.00 will be considered a Second Division.
Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign degrees must submit an equivalency certificate from HEC/IBCC along with their application.
Late Applications: Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Legal Action: If any submitted document is found fake or tampered with, legal action will be taken.
The selected candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 and University of Swabi regulations.
No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
The University reserves the right not to fill any position if deemed necessary.
