Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following position under the project titled:

“Strengthening of Planning, Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate (SPD&ME), Ministry of Railways, Islamabad”

The appointment will be made purely on contract basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS).

Engineering / MBA / MPA / BE / BSc
Minimum 16 years of education
All degrees must be recognized by HEC / PEC
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office will be given preference

Minimum 05 years of relevant work experience in a reputable public or private sector organization
Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) will be given additional weightage
Experience in the use of advanced planning and project management software is desirable

The post is purely contractual for a period of two (02) years or until completion of the project, whichever is earlier
Contract may be extended on satisfactory performance, subject to project duration
