Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for appointment in the Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Criminal Prosecution Department, Government of Sindh, on the basis of eligibility and experience, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this advertisement, for the following vacant post:

Additional Eligibility Requirements

  1. Candidates must have passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks.

  2. Candidates must possess a valid STS-issued certificate, which is mandatory for appointment against the advertised post.

  3. Age calculation will be made in accordance with the rules and policies issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh.

  4. Quota allocation for initial appointment shall be implemented strictly in accordance with the laws, rules, and policies of the Government of Sindh.

  5. Candidates already serving in government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department before applying and must present the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Recruitment shall be conducted under the Unified Policy dated 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025, and in accordance with the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and rules framed thereunder, as amended from time to time.

  7. Shortlisted candidates must appear for interview before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents, as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
