A leading and reputed company based in Wah is seeking qualified and experienced professional for the post of Corporate Consultant for the upgradation of systems related to business performance evaluation and control on modern lines.

CREDENTIALS / DETAIL
Qualification:

 

MBA with relevant experience.

Experience:

Required a consultant & trainer who should preferably be an experienced corporate professional with business graduation and 20+ years of experience in departments which includes HR Training, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing. The candidate should carry an experience of heading the departments and teams.
This is a temporary senior position where the candidate has to interact with General Managers, CEO, Top Leadership and Chairman Board. The consultant will be required to develop a system of Job Descriptions (JDs) on modern lines, identifying and drawing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and connecting the two with a modern and robust performance evaluation system. He will also be required to train the key personnel, General Managers / Managers to the successful implementation and use of the system hence devised and implemented.

Other Requirements:

A person should be tech-savvy. Having a good exposure of business development, industry linkages, and entrepreneurial activities would be an added advantage.

APPOINTMENT

The appointment will be made on contract for a period of 03 x months and extendable on need / performance basis.
