Introduction

Wah Industries Limited (WIL) – a leading company engaged in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Trading – is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and experienced leader for the post of CEO & MD.

Position: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Role & Responsibilities

The CEO & MD will be responsible for:

 
Responsibility Details
Management Management of the company and its procedures in financial and other matters in accordance with the Companies Act 2017
Strategy Implementation Implementation of strategy and policies approved by the Board
Fund Utilization Make appropriate arrangements for utilization of funds and resources economically
Safeguarding Interests Safeguard the interests of the organization in accordance with all statutory obligations
Board Collaboration Work closely with Board of Directors, serving as Managing Director of all Operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Previous management experience

  • Previous position in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

  • Proven track record of effective team management

  • Results-driven leadership abilities

Qualification Requirements

 
Category Details
Educational Qualification Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a well-reputed institute OR such other professional qualification relating to the principle line of business of the public sector company, including:

  • Manufacturing

  • Mining

  • Science

  • Technology

  • Agriculture

  • Social Science

  • Any other field commensurate to the job

OR

  • Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants

OR

  • Be a recognized businessman or professional with a postgraduate degree in:

    • Business Administration

    • Public Administration

    • Finance

    • Marketing

Total Experience 15 years demonstrated experience
Senior Level Experience At least 10 years on senior level positions commensurate to the job
