Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI)

Hiring of Individual Consultant

The Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, under the Project Management Unit (PMU), Board of Revenue, Government of the Punjab, has received financial assistance from the World Bank under IDA Credit No. 7041-PK. The Government intends to use part of this funding to hire the services of individual consultants.

Under this program, the PMU-PULSE invites qualified and experienced candidates from recognized institutions to express their interest in providing consultancy services in the following field.

Position Details

1. Position Title: Contract Manager
Number of Posts: 01

Qualification and Experience:

• At least a Bachelor (Honors) degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, LL.B, Engineering Management, or a related field from a national or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• A minimum of five (05) years of documented and verifiable experience, obtained after the required qualification, in Public Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) procurement or contract management and administration related to contracts for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services.

The selection process will follow Section VII, paragraph 7.36 (Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants) of the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated November 2020.

Interested consultants should also review Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank Procurement Regulations (November 2020) regarding the policy on conflict of interest.
