2. MEDICAL POSITIONS

2.1. Appointment Criteria for Initial Full-Time Consultant Positions

Candidates must meet one of the following two sets of criteria:

• For Candidates Trained in Pakistan:

  • Award of the Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan (FCPS).

  • Successful completion of a formal postgraduate medical education program.

  • Completion of a relevant sub-specialty Fellowship.

• For Candidates Trained Internationally:

  • Successful completion of MRCP (UK), FRCS, or another equivalent international fellowship.

  • Alternatively, American Board certification(s), including the relevant sub-specialty boards, where applicable.

  • Additional Requirement: Candidates must have at least three (3) years of experience in a Western institution.
