VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited for appointments on a contract basis for a period of 03 years through the National Testing System (NTS) from suitable candidates with the required qualifications and experience. The available posts are detailed below, as per the eligibility criteria defined by the Punjab Health Department rules and policies.

If no candidate meets the specified qualifications, applicants with Matric (2nd Division) and a 2-year diploma in the relevant field may be considered.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Recruitment Basis: Appointments will be made purely on merit under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 and Recruitment Policy, 2022.
  2. Government Employees: Those already in Government service must apply through their respective departments with a NOC.
  3. Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted as per Government of Punjab's S&GAD notification (5 years for males and 8 years for females).
  4. Contract Period: The initial contract will be for 3 years, extendable based on performance.
  5. Application Submission: Candidates must apply through NTS within 15 days of this advertisement (deadline: 30-12-2024).
  6. Domicile: Applicants must have Punjab domicile.
  7. Required Documents:
    • Attested copies of educational certificates (Matric, F.Sc., etc.).
    • Passport-sized photographs.
    • Equivalence certificates for O-Level/A-Level qualifications.
  8. Original Documents: Must be presented at the time of the interview.
  9. Incomplete Applications: Applications incomplete or received after the deadline will not be considered.
  10. Quotas: Recruitment will follow the specified quotas per the Recruitment Policy, 2022.
  11. Authority Rights: The hospital reserves the right to cancel or modify posts without prior notice.
