A reputed and leading Non-Life Insurance Company invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following key positions at its Head Office, Lahore.
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the Company strictly adheres to all applicable regulatory, statutory, and corporate governance requirements. The role demands strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulatory frameworks, and corporate compliance practices.
Ensure full compliance with the Insurance Ordinance, Companies Act 2017, Listing Regulations, Code of Corporate Governance (CCG) 2016 & 2019, AML/CFT laws, Takaful laws, and all relevant rules and regulations.
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
Liaise and coordinate with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and internal departments on compliance-related matters.
Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and prepare comprehensive reports for Management, the Board, and relevant Committees.
Organize and conduct compliance training programs and awareness sessions for employees.
LLB or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the insurance, takaful, or financial services sector.
The Head of Risk Management will lead the development and implementation of the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization.
Develop, implement, and oversee the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Identify, evaluate, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, underwriting, and compliance risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of SECP and applicable insurance regulations.
Establish risk appetite statements and maintain comprehensive risk registers for reporting to Management, the Board, and Committees.
Coordinate closely with Internal Audit, Compliance, Actuarial, and Underwriting departments to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies.
MBA (Finance), IRM, Actuarial Sciences, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the insurance, takaful, or financial services sector.
