MBA in HRM / Finance along with LLB or equivalent from a recognized University in first division or with CGPA-3 and above

Having a minimum of ten years post qualification relevant work experience

The candidate must be providing legal, financial and/ or strategic advice as a corporate secretary. Perference will be given to candidates having a strong/proven legal background in the same capacity
