CAREER OPPORTUNITY

SIBA Testing Services invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented candidates for the following position:

Position: COMPANY SECRETARY

  • Qualification: Minimum 18 years of education, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Public Policy/Administration, or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a well-reputed organization.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
  • Age Limit: 25-40 years.

GUIDELINES TO APPLY

Last Date to Apply: 08th January, 2025

  1. Online Application: Submit an application online at apply.sts.net.pk.
  2. Challan Fee: After submission, download the system-generated challan of Rs. 2000/- and deposit it in any ABL Bank Ltd branch. This challan is non-refundable.
  3. Required Documents: Upload the following when applying online:
    • CNIC (front and back)
    • Domicile
    • PRC/Form-D
    • Recent photograph
    • All academic documents
    • Any relevant certifications or licenses
  4. Interview Call: Only qualified candidates will be called for an interview by SIBA Testing Services. Details of the interview (date, time, venue) will be shared via online call letters, SMS, and the STS website.
  5. Application Deadline: No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
  6. Incomplete Applications: Applications with missing information will not be considered.
  7. Authenticity of Information: Providing false or exaggerated details will result in rejection at any stage.
  8. No TA/DA: No travel or accommodation allowance will be provided for the interview.
