General Eligibility & Candidate Criteria

• Eligibility Standards: Detailed position requirements and specific qualification benchmarks are determined according to Higher Education Commission (HEC) guidelines.

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years.

  • Relaxation: Age relaxation is permissible for candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations, provided they submit their application through the proper channel and meet fitness standards.

Application Guidelines & Terms

• Required Uploads: During the online application process, candidates must digitally upload:

  • HEC attested degrees or HEC equivalence certificates.

  • CNIC, Domicile, and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).

  • Relevant professional experience certificates.

  • One recent passport-sized photograph.

  • The deposited bank challan copy.

• Dossier Requirement for Senior Faculty: Applicants targeting Professor (BPS-21) and Associate Professor (BPS-20) slots must physically mail 04 hard copies of their dossiers (including their application form, complete list of publications, and printed copies of all research papers) to the HRM Section.

• Government Service Rules: Active public servants must apply through their parent departments with an enclosed No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted contenders meeting the criteria will be contacted for a Teaching Demonstration, Written Test, or Interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
