Redefining Primary Healthcare

STAFF URGENTLY REQUIRED

PPHI Sindh, a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 (formerly Companies Ordinance, 1984), in collaboration with the Sindh Integrated Health & Population Program – 1000 Days, invites applications from dynamic, committed, and highly motivated Sindh-domiciled candidates for the following positions across multiple districts of Sindh.

Available Positions & Posting Locations

Appointments will be made at District Offices and Health Facilities in various districts including (but not limited to):
Karachi (Malir, Korangi), Khairpur, Sukkur, Kashmore, Kandhkot, Kamber-Shahdadkot, Sanghar, Tharparkar, Benazirabad, Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and other notified Union Councils and Health Facilities.

Position 1: Community Health Workers (CHWs – Female Only)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum Matriculation Pass

  • Marital Status: Preferably Married (unmarried candidates may also apply)

  • Residence: Must be a permanent resident of the same Union Council where the position is advertised

    • NADRA-issued UC Verification Certificate is mandatory

  • Preference:

    • Candidates whose husband or brother owns a motorcycle

  • Age Limit: 18 to 45 years

Position 2: Driver

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Primary or Middle Pass

  • License: Valid Computerized Driving License (HTV/LTV)

  • Experience: Prior driving experience with a reputable organization preferred

  • Residence: Local resident of City/District

  • Age Limit: 18 to 45 years

Position 3: Support / Attendant Staff

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Primary Pass

  • Residence: Must reside in or near the advertised location

  • Age Limit: 18 to 45 years

Selection Process

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test / Interview

  • No TA/DA will be admissible

  • Candidates must verify residency for suitability against concerned Union Councils
