Organization Overview

PPHI Sindh (Peoples Primary Healthcare Initiative) is a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 (formerly the Companies Ordinance, 1984). The organization is committed to redefining primary healthcare across the province of Sindh.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

1. District Manager

• A BS-17/18 Officer of CSS/PCS (PSS/EXPCS/PMS) cadres, preferably with 02 years' service in Government. Applicants must apply through proper channel.

• OR a doctor retired from Army Medical Corps (AMC) of the rank of Major and above, with 10 years of service in AMC.

2. Deputy Director Operations & Monitoring

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, or Master's in Public Health / Public Administration / Business Administration or higher from a reputed HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum 07 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a mid-level management position in operations, monitoring and evaluation, gained at reputed national and/or international developmental organizations, programs, or projects.

3. Deputy Director Research

• MBBS / MPH / M.Sc. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics / M.Sc. in Health Policy and Management.

• 4–5 years of relevant research and health system experience.

• Minimum of ten (10) publications required.

4. Dental Surgeon

• BDS from a recognized institute with a valid PMDC/PMC certificate.

• Preferably 01 year of post-qualification experience in a relevant field/clinical setting.

5. Executive Human Resources

• MBA in HR / BBA in HR (16 years) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Three (03) years of post-qualification relevant experience in recruitment and selection, HR operations, personnel administration, HR policies and procedures, employee record management, and performance management, gained from a reputable organization.

• Proficiency in MS Office is required.

6. Executive Finance & Accounts

• ACCA Finalist / CA Finalist / ICMA with at least 02 years of relevant experience.

• OR M.Com / MBA (Finance) / BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance) — 16 years from an HEC-recognized university with at least 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

7. Executive Energy Systems

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable or Alternate Energy (PEC registered) with 03 years of relevant experience.

• OR B.Tech / DAE in the above-mentioned disciplines with 05 years of relevant experience.

• Experience preferably in large-scale solar projects, with extensive knowledge of solar technologies, field visits, electrical infrastructure, drawings, MS Office, and AutoCAD.

8. Social Organizer

• Master's in Social Science. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in relevant fields.

• OR a Graduate in Social Sciences with a minimum of 01 year of experience in Community Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation, especially in health-related projects.

9. Assistant IT/DPA

• BS in IT / Computer Science with preferably 01 year of experience in Health & Nutrition-related projects.

• Expertise in MS Office is mandatory.

10. Assistant Store Manager / Assistant Store

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with a minimum of one (01) year of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

• Preference will be given to candidates with computer skills and warehouse management / supply chain management certificates.

11. Dental Technician

• Diploma in Dental Technician, recognized from the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) / Sindh Medical Faculty.

• Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field with reputable institutions would be preferred.

• Residence: Candidates from the local district/concerned city will be preferred.

• Age limit: 45 years.

12. Technician Blood Bank

• Diploma in Blood Bank Technician or equivalent, recognized from PNC / Sindh Medical Faculty (SMF).

• 02 years of experience in a registered Blood Bank.
