1. Position: Program Manager

Location: Lahore & Islamabad
Institution: College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP)

Job Description:
The Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of departmental policies focused on training and expansion of programs/disciplines. The candidate must be capable of developing and executing strategies to meet training demands and contribute significantly to the overall development of the assigned program or discipline.

Eligibility Criteria (any one of the following):

• MBBS with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

• Healthcare Professionals with more than 8 years of post-graduation experience (including nurses)

• Graduate in Allied Health Sciences

• Para-medical staff with a graduation degree

• Non-healthcare professionals with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university and 10 years of experience in a healthcare facility or Skill Lab / Department imparting life skill courses

2. Position: Simulation Technician

Location: Karachi & Islamabad

Job Description:
The Simulation Technician will be responsible for managing simulation-based medical learning systems, including programming, operation, and maintenance. This role supports medical education through hands-on operation of simulators and multimedia equipment.

Eligibility Criteria (any one or combination):

• Option A:

  • Graduate in Allied Health Sciences or Computer Sciences

  • One year of full-time, paid experience in simulation system operation

• Option B:

  • Completion of a patient care simulator training program

• Option C:

  • Valid certification in a health-related field such as CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or EMT (Emergency Medical Technician)

  • Training or experience with simulation/multimedia equipment preferred

• Option D:

  • Any equivalent combination of Options A, B, and C

• Special Requirement:

  • Current and valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
