CAREER OPPORTUNITY

PAKISTAN MEN'S NATIONAL CRICKET TEAM

Position: BOWLING COACH

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an experienced and skilled Bowling Coach to join the Pakistan Men's National Cricket Team. The Bowling Coach will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the bowling skills of Pakistan National Team Players.

1. About Pakistan Cricket Board

Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.

2. Required Education, Competency and Experience

 
Sr. Requirement
1. Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers/national/franchise or international teams.
3. Excellent understanding of bowling techniques, game analysis, and player development.
4. Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes currently in vogue at the international arena in developing bowling techniques.
5. Experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to the required international standards.
6. Strong planning, organizing, and executing capabilities.
7. Strong management skills.
8. Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds.
9. Superior persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence, and professionalism.
10. Strong analytical capabilities with problem-solving skills.
11. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite). Coaching Software would be considered as an added qualification.
