PROJECT-BASED SITUATIONS VACANT
Digital Enforcement Station Project

The following contractual positions are available. Applicants are invited to apply for the following roles:

1. Civil Engineer (Project Pay Scale-01)

• Maximum Age: 50 years
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Professional Engineer title from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
  • Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, or Construction Management is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Over 10 years of post-qualification experience in planning, execution, and management of large-scale civil works projects.
    • Experience in government/PSDP projects and multi-stage infrastructure is preferred.

2. Electrical Engineer (Project Pay Scale-08)

• Maximum Age: 50 years
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Project Management is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • More than 10 years of post-qualification experience in execution and supervision of electrical works in infrastructure-building projects.
    • Experience with installation and integration of CCTV, structured cabling, access control, and other ELV systems is preferred.
    • Experience in government/PSDP projects is preferred.

3. Sub Engineer (Civil) (Project Pay Scale-07)

• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
  • Experience:
    • Over 10 years of experience in supervision of civil works including buildings, pavements, drainage, and underground conduits.
    • Experience in government/PSDP projects is preferred.

4. Sub Engineer (Electrical) (Project Pay Scale-27)

• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
  • Experience:
    • Over 10 years of experience in supervising electrical installations, including power distribution, panels, UPS systems, earthing, and ELV systems.
    • Experience in government/PSDP projects is preferred.

5. Project Accountant (Project Pay Scale-27)

• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (preferably with professional certification).
  • Experience:
    • Over 10 years of relevant experience.

6. Quantity Surveyor (Project Pay Scale-06)

• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Relevant experience is preferred.

7. Driver (Project Pay Scale-04)

• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Qualifications:
  • Valid driving license with knowledge of local routes.
  • Experience:
    • Over 15 years of driving experience.

8. Store Keeper (Project Pay Scale-03)

• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Qualifications:
  • Literate (Preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Over 5 years of relevant experience.

9. Sweeper (Project Pay Scale-01)

• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Qualifications:
  • Literate (Preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Over 5 years of relevant experience.

10. Chowkidar (Project Pay Scale-01)

• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Qualifications:
  • Literate (Preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Over 5 years of relevant experience.

11. Office Boy (Project Pay Scale-01)

• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Qualifications:
  • Literate (Preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Over 5 years of relevant experience.

General Instructions:

1. Application Process: Applicants must apply online through the National Job Portal at https://njp.gok.pk within fifteen days of the advertisement date.
2. Contract Duration: Appointment will be on a contractual basis for one year, extendable until the completion of the project based on satisfactory performance. This contract does not confer regularization.
3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
4. Documents: Candidates must bring original documents during the test/interview.
5. Government Employees: Applicants already working in government/public sector organizations must apply through the proper channel. Their appointment will be subject to the Ministry of Finance’s guidelines.
6. No TADA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance (TADA) is admissible during the test/interview.
