Advertisement for Contract-Based Appointments

The Government announces the availability of contract-based paid positions under a temporary employment arrangement.

Announcement of Vacancies

Applications are invited for the following posts on a contract basis. The initial contract period will be three (03) years, which may be extended further based on satisfactory performance and approval of the competent authority.

Terms of Appointment

  • These appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years.

  • The contract may be extended subject to performance evaluation and approval by the authorized government authorities.

  • Selected candidates will be offered a competitive market-based salary package.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must possess the relevant qualification as required for the post and must submit the prescribed application (PH) form.

  • Candidates already serving in the public sector must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their current department or organization.

Selection Process

  • Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  • The interview committee will assess candidates on merit and suitability for the post.

  • The decision of the competent authority shall be final.

Age Limit

  • Minimum age: 28 years

  • Maximum age: 58 years

(Age relaxation may be allowed as per Government rules.)

  • Applicants are requested to submit their applications within the prescribed time from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  • Each applicant must submit:

    • A recent passport-size photograph

    • Attested copies of CNIC

    • Educational certificates

    • Experience certificates, where applicable

  • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

  • All applications must be submitted to the Administration Section of the Finance Department.

  • Applications received after the closing date or without required documentation will not be considered.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further process.
