JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned not-for-profit company, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is implementing a World Bank-funded project titled "Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)" in 16 selected Tehsils of the Punjab Province.

Sr. # Positions No. of Posts Eligibility Criteria
1 Chief Operating Officer (Operations) (COO) (PPS-11) 01 Post Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Public Policy / BSc Engineering having Master's in Business Administration. Experience: In general, 10 years of relevant work experience in public administration, project management, public sector governance, infrastructure, development and engineering-related projects, etc. 5 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments. In case of BSc Engineering degree, general experience will be counted from the date of completion of engineering degree.
2 Sr. Manager Procurement (PPS-10) 01 Post Qualification: Master's degree in Procurement & Contracts Management / Business Administration / Project Management or BSc Engineering. Experience: In general, 08 years of relevant work experience in matters related to procurement, MIS administration, etc. 4 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments.
3 GIS Specialist (PPS-09) 01 Post Qualification: Master's degree in GIS / Space Sciences. Experience: In general, 8 years of relevant work experience in matters related to GIS mapping, MIS, database administration, etc. 4 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments.
4 Assistant Manager Programming (PPS-07) 01 Post Qualification: BS/BSc Computer Science / IT / MIS. Experience: In general, 03 years of relevant work experience in matters related to computer programming, ICT, etc.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Interested candidates are required to apply online through the Punjab Job Portal at https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk and must attach copies of their Educational Certificates/Degrees, Experience Certificates, and all other relevant supporting documents with their application.

  6. All degrees must be obtained from institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

  7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
